If you are not satisfied with the snowmobile/Experiences, we are the ones you should turn to. Read more about this below.

WHEN DOES MY BOOKING BECOME BINDING?

Both you and us are bound by the rental agreement as soon as we confirm the booking.

WHEN SHOULD I PAY?

All bookings made on the website are paid directly there.
For package offers or agreed bookings, the customer's and Vemdalen Experience's written/verbal agreement applies.

TERMS OF PURCHASE / METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We use Dibs that are PCI DSS certified. Dibs uses 3D Secure which is a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard. The transfer of the money takes place with SSL encryption and the payment gateway is provided by Dibs. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details. Only cards issued by Swedish banks are allowed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY ON TIME?

If you do not pay the registration fee on time, we have the right to cancel your booking. If you miss payment of the booking, it counts as a cancellation on your part and then the rules for cancellation apply.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?

Free cancellation is valid up to 10 days before arrival. After 10 days, 100% of the cost applies, or presentation of a medical certificate for a full refund.

When canceling accommodation, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the cost unless the customer has taken out, for example, rebooking insurance and if the customer and Vemdalen Experience have agreed otherwise in writing.
10 day payment terms with 12% late payment interest.
You can cancel your booking in writing to us or to the place that received your booking. The cancellation does not count if it is made to someone else. We are obliged to confirm your cancellation in writing. If you have already paid more than what you are then obliged to pay, you will immediately get back the difference from the one you paid to.

BUT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME?

The cancellation protection applies in the following cases, which must not have been known when you booked:
a) death, illness or accident of a serious nature, which affected you, your spouse, partner, family or fellow traveller.
b) call-up to the armed forces or the civil defense.
c) there is any other serious event beyond your control, which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to ask you to stand by your booking, e.g. extensive fire or flooding in your home.
You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from e.g. doctor, authority or insurance company. The certificate should be sent to us as soon as possible, preferably within a week of the cancellation date.

WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE?

If we do not provide the Snowmobile/experiences in the promised condition or at the right time and are unable to offer you another snowmobile/experience whose differences to the one you booked are so small that they are of no importance to you, you have the right to cancel the Booking . We will then have to pay back everything you paid us less any benefit you may have had.
Instead of canceling the Booking, you can request that we reduce the Cost.
If you have a complaint, you must present this to the host or his deputy as soon as possible. Preferably within 24 hours of arrival. Errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately, so that the host has a chance to correct it.
In order to be considered, claims for compensation must be made to the broker within 10 days of the end of the rental period and should be made in writing.
ATTENTION! Remarks that are not made within the first five days of the rental period to Vemdalen Experience cannot be taken into account after the rental period ends.
You have the right to put someone else in your place and we must accept that person unless we have special reasons to refuse. In that case, you must notify us before the day of access (and we will then charge a cancellation fee of SEK 200).

WHAT OBLIGATIONS DO I HAVE?
You must take good care of our rental properties and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply. You yourself are responsible for all damages that occur to the property and its fixtures, as a result of you or someone in your party being careless. We generally have an age limit of 18 for booking, some snowmobiles & Experiences have other age limits, see description of the object. You may not use the rental object for anything other than what was agreed upon

WARS, NATURAL DISASTERS, STRIKES ETC.:

Both you and we have the right to withdraw from the rental agreement if the rental object/ the experience cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor market conflict, longer interruptions in the water or energy supply, fire or other similar major events, which neither you nor we could foresee or influence . In that case, we are obliged to pay back what you paid as soon as possible, with a deduction for the benefit you had from the rental object/experience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT AGREE:

Contact us directly with any complaints. Keep in mind that your chances of getting rectified may be reduced if you delay in making a complaint. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the General Complaints Board.
It consists of an impartial chairman and a number of representatives of tour operators and consumers.
Vemdalen Experience complies with the General Complaints Board's decision.
The consumer adviser in your home municipality can help you.
